All Zyra Wellness devices are quality-checked before shipping. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@zyra-wellness.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue

Once verified, we'll offer a free replacement or full refund for manufacturing defects — no cost to you.

Please note: This guarantee covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
